Using Decision Agent as an RPO
How to scope client recruitment workflows, account boundaries, ATS connections, exports and enterprise support.
By Decision Agent · Published
Can an RPO use Decision Agent for its clients?
Yes, customer-managed recruitment workflows for an end-client can be included in an agreement. Specify the clients, roles and permitted use in the proposal. One agreed end-client workflow is not automatically a licence for every client or a right to resell the platform.
For an in-house team, the same planning starts with who needs access, the roles being assessed and how evidence will be reviewed. An international programme should also establish candidate locations, languages and processing requirements.
How are clients and their information kept separate?
Agree the account structure and access permissions for each client before launch, including how end-clients are represented and which users can see their candidates. Separation between customer accounts does not, on its own, explain permissions within one RPO account.
Confirm the proposed account structure and access rules with us. This site does not describe a standard RPO portal with every client-permission, white-label, sender-domain or custom-domain feature. Include any required branding and client access in scope.
Who controls and owns the information?
The controller and processor responsibilities depend on the arrangement between the hiring organisation, RPO and Decision Agent. Record who gives instructions, handles candidate requests, receives reports and authorises any further use. The data guide explains the usual roles and processing.
Public terms preserve rights the contributor has in submitted content. For an RPO, agree the rights to use and share generated reports with its client, permitted optimisation uses, and what happens when the client contract ends. A general content licence should not be treated as an answer to every RPO/client ownership question.
Which ATS integrations are available?
Pinpoint is available today. It can start assessments and receive status updates, report links and configured stage movements. Recruiters normally inspect the evidence in Decision Agent. Read the Pinpoint setup guide for permissions and configuration.
Contact us to scope other ATS integrations. Tell us which actions and information need to move in each direction.
Is there an API or a report export?
Secure API access and scheduled file delivery can form part of an enterprise agreement. An enterprise agreement can specify delivery of assessment outputs and reports over HTTPS and/or CSV/JSON files. The format, fields, access and delivery schedule need to be agreed for the workflow.
This is not a published general self-service developer API. Confirm authentication, endpoints, webhooks, rate limits and a test environment if your integration team needs them. An export of report findings should not be assumed to include every original recording, transcript, attachment or audit event.
Can we report across a portfolio of clients?
Individual candidate evidence and assessment progress are available in the product. If you need cross-client dashboards, time-to-review measures, scheduled reports or a BI feed, specify the measures, client boundaries and export requirements in the proposal. We do not publish a standard RPO portfolio-reporting specification here.
Distinguish operational measures, such as completion and turnaround, from an assessment’s validity or a prediction of employee performance. A faster process does not establish the latter.
How do volume pricing, rollout and offboarding work?
Use the current module credit costs to describe the assessment mix, then request an enterprise quote. Ask about pooled credits across clients, allocation periods, expiry, additional usage, users, integration work and separately charged services. These are agreement terms, not published universal inclusions.
Agree who configures and validates the assessment, the pilot and rollout dates, recruiter training, support hours and any service targets. For offboarding, agree the export contents, return/deletion instructions and treatment of backups and supplier copies. The applicable DPA should describe the responsibilities.
Discuss a proposed workflow with team@decision-agent.ai. The supplier questions give a useful checklist for your client’s procurement team.
