Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, and designs, are the exclusive property of FEATURING YOU LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the Service, including any hiring or employment decisions, and for ensuring those decisions comply with applicable law.

Exclusion of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEATURING YOU LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall the aggregate liability of FEATURING YOU LIMITED to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to or use of the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

8.4. Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
