1. The Assessment

Decision Agent provides interactive scenarios to help organisations evaluate candidate skills. These scenarios use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content and evaluate your responses. You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and are provided as one of several signals to the hiring organisation.

2. No Account Required

You may participate in this Assessment without creating a Decision Agent account. Your access is granted via a unique temporary link provided by the hiring organisation.

3. Your Data and Content

• Recording: By participating, you consent to the recording and processing of your text, voice, or video responses.
• AI Processing: Your responses will be processed by Decision Agent and third-party AI providers to provide analysis to the hiring organisation. See our Sub-Processors page for a full list of providers.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of your original responses, but you grant Decision Agent a license to use that data to conduct the Assessment and improve our services.

4. Conduct

You agree to:

• Complete the Assessment yourself without unauthorised assistance.
• Not record, screenshot, or distribute the scenario content (which is our Intellectual Property).
• Not attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI models.

5. No Hiring Guarantee

Decision Agent provides the platform for evaluation. We do not make hiring decisions. All final outcomes and feedback are the sole responsibility of the hiring organisation you are applying to.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The hiring organisation is the "Controller" of your data; Decision Agent is the "Processor."

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decision Agent is not liable for any decisions made by the hiring organisation or for any technical issues during the Assessment.
