Explore campaign performance with richer analytics views. The new Locations map plots candidate geography, Reject Analysis breaks down drop-out and screening reasons, and Applicant Flow shows how candidates move from invitation through final outcomes.
Candidate self-withdraw from email
Candidates can now withdraw from an assessment directly from their invite or reminder email. They’re taken to a confirmation page where they can add a reason, and that decision is recorded back into the campaign for your team to review.
Campaign reminder emails
Automatic reminder emails can now be queued and sent as deadlines approach. Reminder sends are tracked for your team, respect opt-outs, and help keep candidates moving without manual follow-up.
Operator email summaries
Ask the Operator to email you a summary of your campaigns, applicants, or other platform data. You can also schedule recurring email digests, so updates arrive automatically at a set time.
Operator chat history
The Operator now keeps a history of your past conversations, complete with auto-generated titles. Reopen earlier chats at any time and pick up where you left off.
Operator (Beta)

Applicant tagging and comments
Organise your candidates by adding tags directly from the applicant table. Your team can also leave comments on individual applicants, making it easy to share notes and collaborate on hiring decisions.
Campaign observers
Share campaign progress with hiring managers or clients by inviting them as observers. Observers can view applicant results, read reports, and run test scenarios to validate the assessment before it goes live — all without using an account seat.
Client branding
Add your client's logo to a campaign so candidates and your team see the right brand throughout the process. Logos appear on the dashboard and in the applicant table.
Voice responses
Candidates can now speak their answers during assessments instead of typing. Their responses are automatically converted to text, giving you the same readable results with a more natural candidate experience.
Pre-assessment questionnaires
Screen candidates before they start the main assessment by attaching a questionnaire to your campaign. Set required answers to automatically filter out candidates who don't meet your criteria.
